Evaluation HSE of LSF System Subject to Near and Far-Field Earthquakes abstract
Within recent years, light steel frame (LSF) building industry has been greatly remarked by researcher. Since it has lots of benefits, it has also been considered from seismic operation point of view. Experiences from past earthquakes demonstrate that the performance of this system is very significant in case of exposing to near earthquakes. The nonlinear dynamical analysis based on near and far field accelerogram to evaluate the performance of the system in near and far field earthquakes and the role of HSE. The results from nonlinear analysis indicate that HSE index is vulnerable to near field earthquakes. Furthermore, statistical outcomes release that base shearing factors and large displacing is very important in this regard.
