Abstract:
Thisarticledeals withexplaining therelationship betweenorganizational culture andknowledge managementcycle, sought toExplanationRelationship betweenorganizational cultureandknowledge managementonbased Jonesmodel (2009). The designwasdescriptiveandco relational method that has beenappliedtothetarget. Tocollect therequired datafromthe two questionnaireswere used. The population research is allemployeesofthe Police Officein ChaharMahalVABakhtiari Province that that Selected By Stratified Random. Dataobtainedwith theuse ofIFriedman statistical testsandcorrelationanalysis .The results of theanalyzesconducted,confirmed thiswas thedominant organizational cultureofPolice Office inChaharMahalVABakhtiari Province, culture ishierarchical, with an average ranking of16/3andcomponentsof knowledge managementin mostoftheorganizationofknowledge,with an averagerank of98/ 3is.Correlation testwas alsopositiveand significantrelationshipbetweenorganizational culture andknowledge managementwith a correlation coefficient/ isshownVariableassociatedwiththe highestcomponent oforganizational cultureandknowledge diffusioncoefficientis.
