A Novel Ultra Low Power LNA and Mixer for Wireless SensorsNetwork abstract
In this paper, a novel low power, merged low noise amplifier (LNA) and mixer suitable forwireless sensor network (WSN) applications are proposed. In the proposed design forward body biasingand current reused methods are used together, which resulted in extremely ultra low power design. In thedesign process at first the ultra low power LNA and mixer using current reused method is designed. Thenthe supply voltage is reduced with using the forward body biasing method and ultra low powerconsumption is obtained
