Abstract:
Exergy analysis of this study was to investigate the extraction of gas condensate refinery is explained Siri. The energy consumption per unit of natural gas liquefaction and requires It would need to be done in terms of thermodynamic changes in the process to be optimized in terms of energy consumption . Exergy analysis is a powerful tool in the design , optimization and performance evaluation systems are energy. A development that is the Ghyrbazgshty its calculation of exergy destruction . The analysis of parameters of this waste can understand the role of different factors and explain how to change the process so that to reduce the amount Ghyrbazgshty , increase efficiency and ultimately lead optimization process will help significantly.In this study unit process equipment for the extraction and recovery of gas condensate refinery consolidation Sirri Island were studied .The goal is to find the bottleneck of energy and possible ways to change the process as well. Because of the availability of information Jzyan existing process units assessed on the basis of documents mentioned in the application process was simulated Haysys .It was an integrated process simulation and simulation data were used to calculate the exergy destruction and exergy efficiency . These data are presented in the tableAlso, after Exergy Analysis , for drawing diagrams exergy efficiency and exergy destruction and the results of the equipment that have low exergy efficiency or waste Aksrzhyshan been high , Discussed. Then, according to equip its position in the process , due to high exergy loss assessed and then to improve exergy efficiency and exergy proposals to reduce waste .
