The Effect of Teacher's Perspective on the Process of Teaching in Elementary School abstract
At the present time, due to instructional media and various facilities on teaching, unfortunately, the education systemin the country does not have necessary dynamism. The most important factors for this disorder can be false viewpointof teachers on teaching concept. Therefore, in order to improve the created conditions, the authors first try to explaintheoretical concepts of teaching by observing available documentation; then to improve teachers' false viewpoints onusing the methods with the study of theoretical philosophy and the basics of teaching from the perspective ofphilosophers of education and expression of the positive benefits and effects of applying new methods of teaching;and in the end, to help to promote scientific level of teachers with the expression of operational strategies, includingemphasis on instructing new methods of teaching in the training programs of student teachers as well as criticism ofthe process of teaching by students and attention to their suggestions for teaching in elementary school.
