Abstract:

هرپژوهش حاضرباهدف مقایسه رضایت مندی زناشویی ـ شغلی وتعارض کارـ خانواده پرستاران زن نوبت کاروصبح کارمتاهل دربیمارستانهای شیراز انجام شده است جامعه اماری پژوهش شامل پرستاران زن متاهل دارای مدرک تحصیلی لیسانس بیمارستانهای اموزشی شهرشیراز بودند نمونه اماری پژوهش بااستفاده ازروش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شد ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ رضایت شغلی مینه سوتاوتعارض کارـ خانواده کارلسون بود تحلیل داده ها با استفاده ازازمون T برای گروه های مستقل نشان داد که بین رضایت مندی زناشویی پرستاران نوبت کار و صبح کار تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد ولی بین رضایت مندی شغلی پرستاران نوبت کار و صبح کارو همچنین بین تعارض کار ـ خانواده ی پرستاران نوبت کار و صبح کار تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد
