Evaluation of Routing Protocols in Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless sensor networks are one of the most common communication network that has many applications in military and civilian fields. The network has a large number of sensor nodes are tiny tool. These sensor nodes communicate by wireless different methods. These communication methods are run by routing protocols. There are various types of routing protocols. Protocols according to a set of criteria such as structure, functionality, level of privacy, security and usability are classified into several categories. The general types of routing protocols for wireless sensor networks are the next hop selection, operation, network structure, according to the source communication path and primer are each divided into several sub-groups. In this paper, availability and reliability of each class of routing protocols and energy consumption will be studied.
