semiconducting nanoparticles known asquantum dots, those particles are in the nanometer range sizes between 1-10 nm, have very unusual properties, zns QDs are prepared by co- 3-5 nm, is synthesized by the chemical coprepittion method,. Synthesized by the chemical coprecipition method. the nanostrutures are characterized by using X-ray diffraction XRD transmission electron icroscopy TEM UV-Visible, photoluminscence PH and FTIR spectroscopy.
