Abstract:

solar chimney power plants have many advantages such as preventing from the air pollution, not using any fuel and capability to run in many parts of the world. In fact, they are suitable solutions to combat air inversion. Thus, these types of plants are very welcoming at the international level. In this paper, a new method has been presented to increase efficiency of this power plant and increase electric power and reduce chimney highest. In this method, used a technique utilized in the construction of solar power. By using this new method, the efficiency has been and reduction length of the long chimney and 24-hour performance of this kind of power plants with stable power. By using synchronous generators presented in this plan, the possibility of a direct connection to the electricity network is provided without any problem.
