بررسی رابطه اثر بخشی کمیته حسابرسی و بهنگام بودن گزارش گری مالی abstract

هدف مقاله حاضر آزمون رابطه میان اثر بخشی کمیته حسابرسی و بهنگام بودن گزارش گری مالی برای نمونه ای متشکل از شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می باشد. روش تحلیل داده ها در این پژوهش روش رگرسیون چندگانه با تکنیک حداقل مربعات معمولی می باشد و آزمون ها با استفاده از زبان برنامه نویسی R و در طی دوره زمانی سال های 1391 تا 1393 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. فرض اولیه و یافته این پژوهش این است که اثر بخشی کمیته حسابرسی که با استفاده از شاخص ZFC محاسبه شده است باعث کاهش دوره زمانی انتشار عمومی گزارش های مالی شرکت ها می شود. شواهد بدست آمده از این پژوهش که جز معدود مطالعات انجام شده در مورد رابطه میان اثر بخشی کمیته حسابرسی و تاثیر احتمالی آن بر مدت زمان انتشار گزارش های مالی شرکت ها در ایران می باشد به شرکت ها یاری می رساند تا برای ارتقای سطح کیفی گزارش گری مالی خود به اثر بخشی کمیته های حسابرسی خود توجه ای ویژه مبذول دارند.
