Management process (from initial and feasibility studies to urban and architectural design) of large scale projects

In this article , I will be arguing the management process (from initial and feasibility studies to urban and architectural design as well as the related competitions) of large scale projects by introducing one of the greatest project in an area amounted to 400 hectares and includes broad range of services connected with tourism such as: Residence (4 and 5 star hotels , hotel-apartment, residential units and tourism villas); Commercial-cultural (including shop, gathering center, museum and training centers), Sport (including football stadium, manege, multi-purpose roofed coliseum, archery, mini-gulf and health path); Health village and roofed Recreational complex .These sections of about two million square meters substructure covers less than 20% of the complex site. Designing this complex the committee referred to as Urban Development and Architectural Committee, consisted from university professors and professional engineers guided the studies and prepared strategic, executive and structural plan in the following steps: Feasibility study ,Compilation of the complex strategic-structural plan ,Compilation of 1st Development Phase preparation plan ,Calling and electing consultants for architectural projects ,Preparation of architectural comprehensive plans
