Abstract:
The forms of education are changing due to new technology. The school of the future should be based on innovation and interactive creativity with new technology and new ways of acting. Among these new ways, visual illustrations such as mind maps can help EFL learners with awareness. Teachers can exploit mind mapping strategies to help learners make connections between key ideas. The cardinal connections between key ideas. The cardinal Mind mapping can help the improvement of creativity of EFL learners learning new vocabularies. Many learners choose this technique, because they find it easy to learn through pictures. Besides, the colors are very attractive, and learning becomes more obtainable. The exposure of mind mapping in the last decades has established a powerful presence in foreign language teaching and learning in general, and increasing learners' creativity in particular. Therefore, The present study contributes to the current educational debate by reviewing the effect of graphic organizers strategy on Iranian studentsʼ creativity, the review of the existing literature released that graphic organizers were indeed conducive to EFL learnersʼ creativity.
