Abstract:

مدیریت دانش با استفاده از نیروی انسانی دانشگر در سازمان ، هوش سازمانی را تقویت کرده، باعث بروز نو آوری و خلاقیت در سازمان شده و سازمان را در جهت انطباق با شرایط - توانمند می سازد . از آنجایی که هر سازمان در درجه اول به دنبال بیشینه کردن سود صاحبان سهام می باشد و یکی از مهم ترین شاخصهای عملکرد سازمان ، عملکرد مالی آن است، بررسی دقیق نتایج پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش، یکی از مهم ترین فعالیتهای سازمان محسوب می شود. برخی شاخص های مالی در بررسی عملکرد مالی یک سازمان عبارت اند از: بازده حقوق صاحبان سهام، بازگشت سرمایه ، کاهش هزینه . در این مقاله، با در نظر گیری ابعاد مختلف مدیریت دانش تلاش می کنیم تا با بررسی جامع تحقیقات انجام شده، ارتباط میان پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش و عملکرد مالی سازمان را مشخص می نماییم
