Abstract:
The end of this research is the investigate of effect work condition and salary hygiene factors based on Herzberg theory with burnout of the employees of education of Malayer town. To achieve of end, the employees of education of Malayer town answers the hygiene factors questionnaires of Dunt (1996) and the burnout questionnaires of Maslach (1977). From 100 sending questionnaires, information of 90 receiving questionnaires by T-chart for the independent group and Pearson coefficient index used for data- analysis shown that there are meaningful relation between hygiene factors with emotional exhaustion and private practice (P<0.000435 , r= 0.586, P<0.065 , r=0.433). there is any meaningful relation between hygiene factors and depersonalization
