Structural Modeling of Job Personality, Value Orientation and Individuals’ Judgment Pattern abstract
The purpose of this study was modeling structural relations of job personality, value orientation and individuals’ judgment pattern in the Municipal Development Organization (MDO) of Shiraz. The study population included all employees of MDO, 158 people were selected using random stratified sampling. The instruments consisted of three questionnaires; personality typology, value orientation and judgment patterns, after estimation of the validity and reliability, they were distributed and gathered. The results showed that the dominant dimension of personality typology of employees in the field of research was the social character. Also the dominant dimensions of value orientation and judgment patterns, respectively, included spiritual orientation and pattern of rational judgment. Finally, the results showed that individuals’ job personality did not directly predict their judgment patterns, was predictive of their judgment patterns with the mediating role of value orientation.
