Abstract:
The study analyzes how Emotional intelligence predicts entrepreneurial personality both directly and through the mediating role of Innovation. In today’s competitive world, innovation and entrepreneurial personality are considered as a key factor to success and survival for organizations. Structural Equation Modeling was used for data analysis. The population includes 265 managers and professional experts working in Kalleh Company from Iran. The Results of study showed a significant effect of Emotional intelligence on innovation and entrepreneurial personality in Kalleh Company. In other words, the effect of Emotional intelligence on entrepreneurial personality is bigger than the effect of Emotional intelligence on innovation. Also the Results of study showed innovation has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial personality. Finally, this study proposes insights for managers how to enhance their Emotional intelligence through constant measurement as well as using improvement plans in order to provide higher entrepreneurial personality both directly and through the mediating role of Innovation.
