Reliability of Drilling Platform for the Caspians Sea

In paper a data of long-term observations over wind-wave regimes of the Caspian sea are cited, the basic tasks of reliability of marine structures intended for a deep water part of this sea assimilation are formulated, the most effective way of the definition of basic parameters of reliability for drilling semisubmersible platforms and research vessels with drilling outlits is offered, the concored values of reliability parameters of drilling semisubmersible platforms for the basic regimes of functioning of these marine structures (regime of drilling and regime of "survival") are resulted.
