ASYMPTOTIC FORM OF THE EIGENFUNCTIONS AND EIGENVALUES OF THE STURM-LIOUVILLE PROBLEM IN A PATTICULAR CASE

In this paper we consider the regular Sturm-Liouville problem -py˝+(q-rλ)y=0 on the interval [0,???] with intial conditions y1(0)= ???, y´1(0)=0 y2(0)= 0, y´2(0)=0 and positive functions p and r, we will determine asymptotic from of the eigenfunctions and eigenvalues of a Sturm-Liouville problem in a particular case.
