Molecular Weight Distribution Evolution in FRcP and ATRcP When Feed Composition Varies

Average molecular weight (Mw)and molecular weight distribution (MWD)variation in various styrene feed compositions of ATRcP and FRcP were studied by employing the well-known method of Monte Carlo simulation. Taking average molecular weight into account, it revealed a decline as fAincreased in both ATRcP and FRcP due to the synthesis of more long chains. Furthermore, the distribution of molecular weight became wider, and the distribution continuation extended further with a fall in fA,in both ATRcP and FRcP. Narrow molecular weight distribution of ATRcP compared to FRcP well approved the living nature of the ATRcP system.
