Abstract:
The application of composites in industries such as automobile and aircraft industry is increasing in a fast pace. Inthis article, we consider the application of composites for mechanical vibration, and vibration of a lamina is analyzed byFinite Element Method (FEM) and ABAQUS software. This lamina is a rectangular shaped plate containing a circularhole 200 millimeters in diameter on its center. It consists of three layers which are Glass Epoxy, Boron Epoxy, andGraphite Epoxy. Finally, the natural frequency in vibrational modes were studied completely by changing the angles ofthe considered lamina s fibers, and the results were compared to each other.
