Spiritual Intelligence and Employees Job Satisfaction: Selected Offices ofEducation in Isfahan abstract
This study aims to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction of theemployees of selected offices of education in Isfahan. It is a practical research study. Methodologically, itis a correlation study. The population consisted of all the employees of selected offices of education inIsfahan in the year 2112. Using Morgan table, 68 participants were chosen as the sample. In order to collectthe data, King’s questionnaire of spiritual intelligence and Dant questionnaire of job satisfaction were used.Alpha-Cronbach’s method of investigating reliability showed the total reliability of the spiritual intelligencequestionnaire as 19.1, and 1966 for the job satisfaction questionnaire. Using correlation and multivariatecorrelation, the data were analyzed. In analyzing the research hypotheses it was found that the spiritualintelligence variables (such as critical existential thinking, personal meaning production, transcendentalawareness, and conscious state awareness) had a positive and significant relationship with the motivationalvariables of job satisfaction. Also, all the 4 variables of spiritual intelligence, and all the 3 variables of jobsatisfaction have a positive and significant relationship with each other.
