Abstract:
Leadership is a topic with universal application and much gleanings have been brought about it in celebrity publications and scientific and research literature. Despite Nemours writings about leadership still researchers inviteorganizations to make a serious attempt to understand it. In this research, a causal theory (motivation) has been developed of spiritual leadership in a motivation pattern that has interwoven the vision, hope, faith and altruism,spiritual theories in workplace and spiritual existence. One of the key features of the new organizations is their forming on the basis of learning. So managers and employees are constantly learning and are obtaining new skills becausepower of any organization is proportional to the permanent training of its managers and employees. The aim of conducting this paper is to analyze the effect of spiritual leadership style on the formation of a learning organization.The research method is descriptive and is a correlational type. The statistical population of this research includes all employees and managers of Isfahan Pasargad Bank that 145 people were selected through available sampling to distribute questionnaire. The standardized questionnaires of Sengeh learning organization (2005) Fery spiritualleadership questionnaire (2005) were distributed among sample and the information gathered through SPSS software were analyzed. The results show that there is a significant and positive relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and the formation of the learning organization
