An architecture work benefited from a soul and culture of a country and in its emergence is the demonstrator of many hidden factors in society. In other word, it could be said that an architectural work is the conveyer of history, identity and authenticity of a society. Consideration of the artisticand cultural factors in designing a construction gives identity to the bulks and changes the articulated material to a point of reflection and thought; an artistic work that in each brick, Iranianculture and creation are latent and the tendency and interest toward beneficial elements of nature such as water, wind, soil, … is remarkable. In the present research that is carried out in humanenvironment destruction era, may a mere commercial and functional space on Zayendeh-Rood bank is appropriate and this environment might be a location to provide an architectural workregarding history of a country on one hand, and the nature on the other hand as well as the sympathy and compassion on the other hand as a place to interact and hold meetings in anatmosphere far from the nature.
