Time Cost Trade-Off in Fuzzy Project

This paper studies the time cost trade-off problem in a fuzzy project with consumable resource. It is supposed that the activity duration is a positive triangle fuzzy number (TFN). Parameters of the activity duration depend on the amount of resource allocated to it. An algorithm is developed for allocating the available resource to activities such a way that the completion time of project is decreased. The indirect cost of project is defined as a crisp mapping from a fuzzy set of completion times of the project to real numbers set. Finally, minimizing the total cost of project is vital. The proposed algorithm is illustrated by an example
