Need for Effective Project, Program, Portfolio Management (EP3M) in Renewable Energy Sources (RES) abstract

There is a need for Effective Project, Program, and Portfolio Management (EP3M) in order to improve management of RES portfolio and its performance by means of considering all key criteria. There are some problems in management of RESportfolio, which are not addressed by current P3M. Hence, it appears a need for effective and efficient management in this context by either revising and modifyingpervious P3M or introducing a new model. In this article, these problems and the need for EP3M are presented and in the following how the EP3M can address these problems are described.
