Applied linguistics and learning language

This study aimed to explain the process of learning as well as its difficulties and problems. As an important topic in Applied linguistics it can be used both descriptive or synchronic methods; but regarding the purpose of study, the descriptive methods was used. The importance of study is that examined the issue which professionals in behavioral science, cognitive science, life sciences and social sciences has been engaged in research on it, this issue is ‘learning language’. The study focuses on learning language and the issues of learning language. According to the previous studies of applied linguistics there are various ways of learning language. The different methods of obtaining language have shown in the other sciences such as philosophy and behavior. This study is designed in the form of an introduction and three parts .First: The overall framework of functional languages and issues related to it. Second: Learning language from the perspective of cognitive and behavioral specialists. Third: Learning a language based on the principles of Applied Language. Finally, at the end the main results are discussed.
