Studying the Impact of Organizational Structure on Job Withdrawal Behaviors in Governmental Organizations abstract

The main purpose of the current study is the investigation of the effect of organizational structure on job withdrawal behaviors in Keshavarzi Bank branches in Kurdistan province. The statistical population was the entire employee of Keshavarzi Bank branches in Kurdistan Province which were 279 individuals. The sample size was estimated based on the Cochran method and selected162 individuals. Data collection means were the Robins standard organizational structure questionnaire and the job withdrawal behaviors questionnaire based on Kuwait et al. In order to analyze the statistical data descriptive method (potential confounding factor and average) was used and and at the inferential level, Kolmogorov–Smirnov tests and linear regression analysis was used for the evaluation of research hypotheses. The results indicated that the organizational structure and its size had a positive and meaningful effect.
