THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND WELCOME TO THE E-LEARNING METHOD AMONG STUDENTS abstract

The present study is descriptive-correlation in terms of method. The required data is collected by standard questionnaire. The study population is post graduate students of Isfahan University. The sample size is 2331. The study method is stratified random sampling method. To evaluate validity of questionnaire of web-based learning, content validity is applied. To evaluate reliability, Cronbach’s alpha is used. Cronbach’s alpha is computed by SPSS software. The reliability of this questionnaire is good. The data analysis is performed by SPSS software. The web-based training has significant association with attitude of post-graduate students to knowledge storage component.
