If we accept this hypothesis that environment and sea environment and it s support issue have legal system, it seems it is one correct assumption, and we know that every legal system have mutual effect of each other andwith their environment. Today there is no doubt study international law regulation in every domain without pay attention to legal produce is not complete and international research commissions to this legal produce approved this opinion. And pay attention to this important issue and ((Environment support)) is not clear unless regulation. And it converted to one necessity issues. This survey studied legal procedure and international conventions for sea environment support. Result show our means of sea environment is one common support and international convention law following interaction with sea environment support as one value.
