Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between ergonomics and avoid job burnout among company employees of Daity in year 2014 has been done. Participants consisted of 246 subjects (85 females, 161 males) who were randomly selected, research data using questionnaires occupational job burnout and ergonomics, and were collected. Then, based on analysis statistical methods Pearson s correlation and multiple regression and were analyzed using SPSS 19. The results showed that between and avoid job burnout and professional attitude among the company employees of Deity in year 2014 there was a significant relationship (P05). Subscales active participation, knowledge base, management support, psychosocial risk factors, support staff, press, and safety of persons reports, other outputs related to workers emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal performance requirements. The present findings show that ergonomics plays an important role in preventing job burnout.
