Analysis of Civil Protection in Islamic Humanitarian Law

This article shall examine legal statues of protection of civilians in Islamic humanitarian law. In doing so scale and methods of protection of those persons shall be considered. It concludes Islam prior to modern international law has taken steps to promote and regulate rules governing the conflicts arms in general and civil protection in particular.
