Study on Intellectual Property in Sports Focusing on Radio/Television Broadcasting Patent

After accepting intellectual property as the core of literature related laws and regulations have been passed. Lawyers have tried to explain intellectual property as well. Among the outcomes of sport events, we can name radio/television broadcasting of sport events which along with being protected in from of intellectual property are hot issues to debate Therefore, the current study is aimed to reach desired results by compiling bases of intellectual property related to broadcasting patent in accordance with copyright and regulations.
