Abstract:
Environmental and economic considerations have increased the demand for clean, renewable energy, such as wind energy, around the world. At present, the cost of installing these systems is economically and economically feasible, but changes in wind power and subsequent changes in power generation are a major disadvantage of these resources. By using the maximum power point tracking algorithm, energy extraction from these sources can be enhanced by different working conditions, thus guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency of these resources. In this paper, the use of a new fuzzy logic based variable step method for implementing the MPPT algorithm in a Turin wind, consisting of a synchronous generator with a permanent magnet, is proposed. In this method, fuzzy logic is used to determine the optimal value of the converter working cycle. Additionally, the steps in the cycle of work changes and power changes are also adapted. The proposed MPPT simulation results show the effectiveness and robustness of this method and a significant reduction in the oscillation of the orbital component of the wind turbine.
