Results of operating of plan of screening of breast cancer in Babol city:1394-95

Introduction: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in woman that is the responsible of inability and death of the catched people. Due to increase of the catching cases, it s screening becomes important .The aim of this study is investigation of the state of health of cancer in the fram of plan of women screening of Babol city. Methods: Study was descriptive that was proceeded from beginning of 1394 until the end of Shahrivar 1395.The population of research , were women reffered from fourteen pilot centers ( urban and rural ) and refferants .The means of data collecting was researcher made checklist , data was extracted and described manually. Results: Among 3201 invited pepoel ; 802(25/05%) cases registered .The counselling and visiting cases were : 3201 and 711 people and the detecting practices involved momography , sonography , biopsy andmastectomy respectively: 611,266 ,2 and 5 cases.The results obtained based on the reporting system of 1BIRAD : 2BIRAD1(40/61%) 197 people , 3 BIRAD2 (49/48% )240 people, 4BIRAD3 (8/86%)43 people, 5BIRAD6 (1/03%) 5 people. From 485 cases, (59/38%) 288 people had abnormal results: fibro cysts cysts , fibro adnome, classification and malignant Conclusion: results show 50% of research population did not participate in this plan and in reporting state of breast of one second was abnormal. It is suggersted that healty assistant practices the stablishing training classes that the view of women changes and participate more in screening period.
