Abstract:
This paper deals with the components affecting training of officials considering the development of knowledge-based programs. It jointly require a focus on specifics, such as the details of new methods for training like innovation and development hubs, centers and labs, simulation, role-playing, idea development, creative thinking, ethics training, future studying, talent pool management, elite management, career path management , and wider generalities such as strategic issues to produce new strategies for official trainings. Also development and application of the benchmarking results has been discussed.A good training program for officials is a composition of strategic policies. It is designed to address and solve performance problems. In this composition, the main objective is a change in behaviour of staffs to achieve performance improvement. But the main question is what kind of changes is needed Perhaps the answer is changes that support capacity building framework for innovation and entrepreneurship skills of officials in administration system and public administration structure considering knowledge management abilities especially in public service organizations like banking system .
