Identifying and Weighting the Effective Factors on Technological Innovation in Municipal Railing Industry

In last decades we have seen significant changes in new technologies due to the development of populationstructure, unlimited needs of human and limited accessible sources. These changes lead to present age becomeunpredictable and it can be expected to appear new phenomenon in technology in every moment. Innovation and creating is the base of all these developments. The ability that only is appertain to human, atthis research, the factors effect on technological innovation are identified and weighted. For this purpose themunicipal railing transportation industry is selected, because it involved both of production and offeringservices. For this research, at first, factors were gathered by library study like papers, books and innovationmodels, and then declined to 25 items with guidance of adviser faculties and advisors.Then the researcher prepared them for 12 expert men in railing transportation industry in the form ofquestionnaire. The expert men were asked to evaluate the importance of these factors by scoring them from 1 to5. After this step, factors were weighted by means of (Shannon) Entropy method.Entropy allocates more weight to the factor that has more dispersion among data. The researcher divided these25 factors into 4 categories by use of this point.Expert agreement and the importance of each factor was the base of this classification.
