Technology management maturity as a dynamic capability

Resource-based research has studied organisations and has found hiddensources of competitive advantage, namely idiosyncratic skills and routinesthat constitute capabilities. Also, sustainable competitive advantage ismaintained only when firms are able to reconfigure their capabilities in linewith external changes. This imperative has been captured by the DynamicCapability View. So, in this research; because of their similarities, we studyTechnology management maturity from the Dynamic Capability lens; in aninnovative Iranian organization, which working on complex product field.The results of the research, show that technology management processesaren‟t developed in same time but they born and matured by the time andaccording to the organizations requirements.
