Abstract:

The safety improvement is an important and necessary issue of nuclear industry since the creation of the International Atomic Energy Agency. The environment, in the broadest sense, including man and his world, which will be include two components animate and inanimate. The physical environment includes geography, geology, soil, water, air, surface water and groundwater. Environment includes all living organisms, including plants and animals and study of environment in different levels of power supply for the organisms, the effects on human health are taken into account. Environmental safety Assessment is a process in which environmental factors in the form of a project for integrated planning for optimal decisions can be taken. Environmental safety assessment, including a review of the whole area of research in the form of a proposed project, a review of the objectives of the proposed project and a forecast of the potential impacts of the project on physical, biological, and economic-social. This study aimed to judge the project acceptance and control its effects at an acceptable level, while continuing the project. In this study, we examined the effectiveness of a safety culture and environmental effects of nuclear facilities, including human error, individual protection, social responsibility and acceptance by the public in the development plan of nuclear power plants in Iran. The safety assessment study of nuclear facilities by using the flowchart and prioritization system in some indicators are expected to minimize the negative effects that may occur in different scenarios. The results shown that pre-education has more significant rules to improving of nuclear facility safety culture issue.
