Investigate the effective factors in women participation in morning sports in 22- Districts of Tehran City abstract

Background: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effective factors in participant women to morning sports in 22- Districts of Tehran City. Materials and methods: The population of this study consisted of all women participate in 22- Districts of Tehran city with age of 20-70. The sample of this study was 600 women that selected through Morghan table and by random sampling. The questionnaire that used was research based. This scale consisted of 26 items that was assessed on a 5-point Likert scale. Results and discussions: The result indicates that there is significant relationship between all subscales with women participation on morning sport. Conclusion: It suggested motivating peoples to participate on sport especially women are required more facilities and it has more advantages. Factors such as genetic, life style, geographical conditions, culture and traditions have effects on sport participation. The results of this study indicates that four factor are effective in women participation on morning sport
