Abstract:

Nanotechnology has become a dynamically developing industry, with multiple applications in energy, materials, computer chips, manufacturing, health care, medical diagnosis and Etc. Plants are essential to the balance of nature and in people s lives, in fact they are the ultimate source of food and metabolic energy for nearly all animals. Therefore, the study of the effect of nanoparticles on plant life is very important. The recent study has done due to study the toxicity effects of different concentrations of nano Fe3O4 (0, 50,100,200 and 400 μgml-1) on Growth Parameters, Chlorophyll Content of Haloxylon aphyllum on the basis of a CRD design with 4 replications. Results showed that Haloxylon aphyllum responded variably towards the treatments at various concentrations of nanoscale Fe3O4, The outcomes indicated that only 400 μgml-1 (among the concentrations of 0, 50,100,200 and 400 μgml-1) of the nano- Fe3O4 suspensions had statistically significant inhibition on Chlorophyll Content of Haloxylon aphyllum, also 50 and 100 μgml-1 of nano- Fe3O4 had statistically significant effect on plant Fresh and dry Weights.
