Abstract:
Influenza Virus type A of Orthomixoviridea family considered as the pathogenic agent of Avian Influenza, which is so significant in economical and hygienic issues. This article has been prepared to review and discuss the created comprehensive and practical response to Avian Influenza vaccination. Also, the results of 27 varies books and authentic national and international articles gathered together. Vaccination create hemoral antibody response at active/inactive and systemic and local states. Vaccinated Avian at hemagglutination inhibition ( HI) titer less than 3/5 considered as lacking of immunity. Titer between 3/5 and 4/5 prevents death of birds with virus shedding and density higher than 4/5 or 5 stop virus shedding. World Organization for Animal Health define the titer of 4 as entry threshold to immunity development. Today, with vaccination in breeder chicken flocks, possess 5-7 maternal antibody based on log 2 at HI which these antibodies depend on their density at the results, at 10-21 days of birth can provide protective immunity against acute problems.
