Abstract:
In this investigation, the Performances of synthesized FSM-16 supported Nickle catalysts Ni-including FSM-16 and Ni-Ti-FSM-16 in Dry Reforming of Methane (DRM) were compared.The analysis of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and N2 adsorption/desorption isotherms have been employedfor the fresh prepared catalysts. Dry reforming of methane has been carried out at different temperatures of 750, 800 and 850 °C and atmospheric pressure in a fixed bed quartz reactor.Ni-Ti-FSM-16 showed superior performance in DRM reaction, leading to CH4 conversion of 70%, CO2 conversion of 69% with H2/CO ratio of about 0.78 at 850 oC after 150 min of reaction
