Abstract:

Introduction: The rate of life expectancy and the desire for pregnancy in the survivors of breast cancer is increasing. Some breast cancer treatments can affect the ability to fertilize and grow fetuses. Radiation therapy affects the supportive cells and blood vessels of the uterus and increases the likelihood of abortion, early delivery and low birth weight. The increasing significance of pregnancy outcomes in breast cancer survivors has given us the challenge facing these women. Results: Sometimes chemotherapy can damage heart cells. As a result, the heart muscle should work more vigorously during pregnancy, labor and childbirth. Target therapy does not affect fertility, but it is not possible to get pregnant due to possible damage to the growing fetus until four months after the end of the treatment. Women with a history of positive ER breast cancer should be pregnant with more time than ER-negative. In women with a history of negative ER breast cancer who will pregnant, there is a lower mortality risk than negative ER that do not become pregnant. But there are no meaningful differences in ER -Positives.
