Basal Cell Carcinoma In Female Genital area

Basal Cell carcinoma is the most common skin cancer that especially in sun and ionized exposed are immunosuppression.Female genital lesions are the rare disease presentation that treated especially by surgery. Material and methods:this study is report of two cases with vulvar basal carcinoma by chief complaint of vulvar pruritus and hyperpigmented and bizzare shapedlesions. Two cases after skin biopsy results treated by simple surgery by appropriate peripheral and depth. Results: The size of patients lesions were between one to two centimeter with semiregular border and pearly figures and hyperpigmentedand intractable pruritus but they hadn’t typical shapes of basal cell carcinoma. One of patientscomplain of one previous naevus in vulvae and another patient had one side pruritus of vulvae. Skin biopsy for evaluation of melanoma,keratoacanthoma,mulloscoum contigosum and ….was perfofmed,With regards to pathologic basal cell carcinoma reports surgery was done with appropriate borders and depth. Conclusion: Perfect genial examination in patients with genital pruritus is required for probable malignant tumours.
