Abstract:

Pressurized grouting operation means the pressurized injection of liquid or solution into pore of mass of soil or stone and/ or cavity between them and built structures The injected mortar must constitute solid and or jel-like matter inside the cavites and or the operations of the injection must cause sedimentation of the solid matter suspending in these cavites. The primary purpose of the pressurized grouting of soil or stone masses is to increase the resistance and durability of these masses and or decreae their permibility .In order to choose the best grouting technique, predictions of the grouting result can be made.One method to control the grouting is the GIN-method developed and presented by Lombardi and Deere. The method focuses on controlling the grout spreading in order to minimize the risk of hydraulic uplift and achive more uniform spreading around the bore hole. In this paper the optimal pressurized injection has been presented for the improvement of the areas are not in good conditions in terms of substructure and necessary instructions have been menitioned to prevent such substructure problems. In this research the grouting method in Salman Farsi dam has been specified and its specification have been mentioned.
