Investigation of Hydrogen recovery during Methane steam reforming process using Pd-Ag membranes abstract
In this paper, produced hydrogen as a byproduct during methane steam reforming process is separated and recovered by Pd-Ag membrane. COMSOL Multiphysics 5.3 software is used to evaluate the hydrogen recovery according to membrane properties. It is shown that increasing the membrane length improves the hydrogen recovery. In addition, reaction and separation temperature affect the hydrogen production flux.
