This tumor is commonly encountered in young women in the second or third decade of life. The patient was referredwith the symptoms of hyper menorrhea, long cycle of menstruation, spotting after menstruation and .pelvic pain, which was followed by laparoscopy surgery with a diagnosis of right ovarian stromal tumor Conclusion Because of the small prevalence of these tumors in the world, there are few studies so the diagnosis of : pre-operation tumors is not possible for all patients, and it is often possible to seek clinical examination after surgery, hence the probability of SST in young women with the mass of the ovaries should be consid - .ered
