Enhancing lead acid battery performances via growth control of PbO2 nanoparticles abstract

In this work a model has been developed to link the nanostructure geometry of PbO2 to its electrochemical properties and then tried to enhance battery performance via improving Positive Active Material (PAM) characteristics with the purpose of establishment suitable nanostructure on positive plates. Lead dioxide nanoparticles growth has been controlled by an accessible parameter in the battery paste making process for achieving more effective electrochemical activity.
