Abstract:
We have studied the catalytic ability of cadmium acetate dihydrate as a mild, environmentally benign nature and economical catalyst for the multi-component efficient synthesis of biologically active highly substituted dihydro-2-oxypyrrole derivatives with excellent yields and short reaction times. The most important advantages of this procedure are mild, non-toxic and low-cost catalyst, one-pot, environmentally benign, simple operational procedures and highly efficient conditions.
