Study of Production Ability of Protease by Bacillus methylotrophicus Production Ability of Protease by Bacillus methylotrophicus

Proteases are used in various industries. There are many microorganisms, which produce this enzyme. Therefore the purpose of this research is study of production ability of protease by Bacillus methylotrophicus. In order to identify protease producing B. methylotrophicus isolates used from the skim milk agar medium and creating a clear halo around the colony of B. methylotrophicus at the plate surface indicates protease activity. A few isolates of B. methylotrophicus showed protease activity.
